Welcome to MyGoal, a productivity and goal-tracking application designed to assist users in setting, managing, and achieving their personal and professional objectives. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MyGoal application and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using MyGoal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
MyGoal provides tools and features to assist users in setting goals, tracking progress, and enhancing productivity. The Services may include, but are not limited to, task management, progress analytics, reminders, and integrations with third-party services.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
MyGoal offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are accessible through a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team at hallar@mygoal.now. Refunds are subject to Paddle's refund policies and applicable laws.
MyGoal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
