Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide 24/7 customer support for billing and payment-related inquiries.
You have a 14-day period from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to all first-time purchases and renewals.
Refunds are not available if you have completed more than 50 tasks or materially consumed the service during the billing period. Unused accounts remain eligible.
To request a refund, please contact Paddle support directly. They handle all payment processing and refund requests for MyGoal orders.
